Would you like to have your asana photo featured in Yoga Freeware?
Yoga Instructors are invited to submit their photos of Yoga Asanas to Zentrum Publishing for inclusion in Yoga Freeware.
Information for your yoga center and website will be featured in the software's Photo Listings section!

If you have other materials that you would like included in Yoga Freeware, please don't hesitate to contact us! All serious submissions are considered.

How to submit your photos:
Photos should be of good quality and saved in a common format (.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tiff, .png).
Also it would be great if all photos are sent in manageable file sizes - photos under 500 KB are preferred.

This software runs on Windows 7 / Vista / XP / ME / 2000 / NT / 98 / 95

1. Start with waking up, and brushing your teeth.
2. When you have got dressed, video yourself going downstairs to make breakfast, and eating it!
3. The next step is up to you! Either video yourself reading a book or magazine, on the computer, or making lunch. Film what you do every day!
4. Finish your video with you eating supper, brushing your teeth, and going to bed for the final time.
5. Watch it over and laugh!
