You can connect the camera directly to your computer using a USB cable. This will allow your computer to treat the camera as an external drive. Drag video clips from the camera into your personal documents folder.
Your computer may have a memory card reader. If so, you can turn your camera off and remove the memory card. Insert the card into the proper card slot on your computer to access and edit video clips contained on it.

Make sure that you have some material with an animated short. It could be a filmstrip, a VHS, an extended DVD (i.e. with additional material), and so on.
Make sure you have a DVD builder on your computer.
If you record from VHS, make sure a video-recording software is what you have and make sure your VCR is hooked up right.
If you record from a DVD with more material, drag the feature material to a burning list.
If you record from a filmstrip, the projector will automatically read the contents of the filmstrip. Plug it into your computer and play the filmstrip and record the contents
I plan to show you how to record audio from a DVD film on the internet or a local DVD on your hands.
How to record songs from DVD at home?
Before you start recording, please check out that all your electronics can be connected rightly. After double-check everything that you need to connect, you won’t need to afraid of coming across electronic shock or something.
1. You need to connect amplifier’s L and R cable to the output and input jack DVD player.

How to record audio from internet DVD video
Preparation: You need a computer, a blank CD-R or CD-W and an audio recorder tool.
You can find many audio recorders like Freecorder, Audacity, or Adobe Audition on the internet.
If you feel complicated when you try to record audio with one of them, probably you may learn to record audio off DVD with a streaming audio recorder, which supports stereo recording on computer Windows OS. But if there is no sound coming out through your computer’s speakers, it can’t record.
Step one: download and install audio recorder to your computer.
Step two: play the DVD video on a website.
Step three: Click Record while you are hearing the soundtrack, which you intend to record.
Step four: Click the tools button on top of the interface. Select CD burner in the drop-down list. Just add the recorded files to burn them on you CDs.
Of course, you can repeat the process to record audio from movie, DVD, FLV, WMV, and so on.
You can achieve recording soundtracks off DVD by one of the two ways. After that, you can play the dulcet sound in your car or just archive for permanent storage.
You can't. It's no a free program. And it's against the rules to suggest piracy on Yahoo Answers. If you're lucky, you get a free copy with your video card or dvd drive on your desktop. I'd suggest just using Windows Media Player. It's free and it comes with Windows so you already have it.
The DiVx codec is for decoding files in a divx format. Thus it may not be useful to install this.
My suggestion is to try playing DVDs with another media player. There are plenty of DVD player applications on the internet. From my personal experience, Cyberlink PowerDVD works great. You can try it out from the download link on their site.
It's safe to remove. All laptop producers bundle "additional" software
because most customers just demand the "work out of the box" experience.
If you really want a clean system, best bet would be a clean install of
the operating system, using the original installation disc (not the one
that eventually came with the laptop) and the license key given.
Consumer VHS typically means analog video. Your computer needs a capture card or external box that can connect to the VHS deck or camcorder and your computer.
Pinnacle (Dazzle) and Canopus (video conversion devices) are the common ones...
It's possible to burn an MPEG2 encoded movie onto a CD-RW disc and it will play in some DVD players although the quality will be about equivalent to VHS and I wouldn't
recommend trying to do get this to work. Normally you burn movies onto a
DVD-RW disc instead of a CD-RW disc. To actually burn a DVD movie, you'll need a DVD-RW disk and DVD-RW drive.
