It's related to codec packs. Remove or disable all other codec packs you have installed while running pinnacle studio to edit your video.

btw, you can turn any videos upside down, or sideways by just hit the right switch.

Just turn it to normal again, not a big deal.

Hi, can you please tell me where i can find the 'right switch'? I am using pinnacle studio 11 plus and I am having the same problem: video is fine but when I import it to pinnacle it is upside down. I have tried importing it as mp4 and as avi but still same problem. Also, how can i disable codec? Thanks heaps!
