Locate and write down your Norton 360 product key. This is on the back of the installation CD. If you can't find it, create a Norton account by opening Norton 360 and selecting "My Account" followed by "Access Norton Account" and "Create a Norton Account." Once you've created an account, you'll have access to your product key. Write this number down.
Download and run the Norton Removal Tool. This tool will remove Norton 360, as well as any other Norton products that may be interfering with Norton 360's operations.
Reinstall Norton 360 using the product key you wrote down previously.
