When I tried very hard and still can't import audio to pro tools via using "Import audio" function, then I imported the audio using the "Import Movie" Option.That worked.

The problem is you haven't import the audio completely. Import audio to pro tools has two steps.

• One is create a track, that's what you have done. "Import audio"- "convert", process to create a track. Click "Done".
• The other is dragging the track which you have created on step one to your session. Choose a destination folder, then click "Use Current Folder." Choose "New Track" then click "OK". Right-click the new track to edit it as you like.
