I'm using skype. it's good. Haven't used google talk which is only a txt messenger in my mind.

There are many other software like oovoo. some of my friends used it said it's good too.

Both google talk and skype has good reputation. which one is better? It depends on your devices. choose the suitable one for you.

You would try both google talk and skype, then decide which one to use.

It's hard to say which is better between google talk and skype.

Skype has a better sound quality that make your voices more nature while google tall takes little system resources while running.

yes, I'm with Kimplex about the system resources part. Skype will freeze your machine if you don't have good enough device.

skype is much better. The voice is more nature, the video is crystal clear. And I guess it's cheaper than google talk.
