You can try RAR Password Recovery 5.0,it may be your best choice.It is designed to find the lost password for you to extract the files in the archive easily.It can recover password no matter how long and how complex it is.I am now using it.

When I have forgotten my WinRAR password, I received recommendations from one of my friend. He suggested me use Ainorsoft Password Recovery Bundle to recover lost my RAR password quickly! You can search it and have a try!

People forget that recovering lost passwords from protected files needs two things: Recovery Software AND CPU power. I used some programs and found out it will take months to run a decent brute force. There are many online recovery sites but some you pay after they recover your lost password, decryptics.com has a free service, also i-data-recovery.com has low cost option.
