Many fine Flash converter programs are out there, including the Moyea SWF to Video converter software. Open the software and you will see an option for "batch mode" or "single mode." Batch mode gives you the option to convert more than one video at a time, chose the single mode. Next you want to input a file so click the browse button. A window of options will open, including "from File," "Grab SWF," "from IE cache" and "from URL." For this exercise click "from folder" and proceed. Here you can select a flash video on your computer. Once you have the flash video picked out you can now move on to the style and quality of the video. Click the export button and you will be given these options. Chose Style first and various options from "common video," "ipod," to "HD video," will come up. Click the one best for you. Next, pick the video and audio quality settings. You can decide from low, medium to high, the higher quality settings, the longer it will take to convert.

Convert Now
Click the convert button and Moyea will start the process. A video window will open asking you to "play and capture," and do so till the conversion is finished. Click finish for the encoding process to happen. This will take a few minutes. Once the video is completed, a window will pop open showing the brand new thumbnail of the converted video and what folder it was saved to. Double-click on the video thumbnail to test and play. Your default media player should play your newly converted video.

there is a nice tool for flash to video converting i usually use http://www.macvide.com/Macvide_FlashVideo_Converter/, i'd recommend to use it!)
