    • step 1: Click "New Project", add video files,
    • step 2: Click "Menu", view dvd menu,
    • step 3: Click "Output", Click "Convert & Burn" output

  • The output of DVD format is VOB. when burn a video to dvd, nero should ask you to convert it to its supported format if needed.

  • You can burn anything to a DvD.
If you want to play it in a dvd player as a DvD movie.Use NeroVision Express.

  • What's your video's format? Nero should support almost all format's videos to burn into dvd.
"no compatible file found" might indicate your file is not complete. Open this video with your own video player to check if it's a full video or not.

  • I have burned wmv to dvd in nero successfully:
    1. Open Nero Vision, and select "Make DVD" from the home screen. Choose "DVD-Video" as the required disc type.
    2. Click "Import" and then "Import Files." Select your WMV file in the window that appears, and click "Open" to add it to the project. Click the "Auto-detect chapters" button so that Nero automatically creates a chapter for your video on the DVD, and click "Next."
    3. Choose a menu for your DVD from the "Menu to use" drop-down menu. Customize the menu according to your needs, and click "Next" when finished. Preview your video if you wish, and click "Next."
    4. Click "Burn" to open the "Burn Options" screen. Insert a blank DVD, and select your CD/DVD burner from the "Burn To" option. Select any customized settings that you would like for your burner, and click "Burn" to create a DVD from your WMV file.
