1. Go to the Tools menu and select Options...
2. In the options dialog select Video Settings from the categories on the left hand side.
3. Check "Enable Skype Video" and select your webcam from the list.
(you can also check "Start my video automatically" if you want)
1. Open Skype while you leave WebcamMax running. Sign in using your Skype Name and password.
2. Click the "Tools" menu and select "Options" from the list. Click the "Video Settings" tab.
3. Click the "Select webcam" drop down menu and choose "WebcamMax Capture Fast" from the list of devices. This will switch Skype's settings to use the input from WebcamMax. Click "Save."
4. Start a video chat by right clicking on a contact and selecting "Video Call." Your contact will receive video from WebcamMax. You can change or add to the effects in WebcamMax while chatting for updates in real-time.
