if it's the system language you're saying, so the Arabic language should install on the system.

If you do not have Arabic language installed on the system then,you can get a Windows XP MUI pack.

To have Arabic as the display language you must select that option when you are installing Windows XP on the system. Once you have that language pack you can also change the keyboard interface.

If you have Arabic language installed on the system, follow the steps mentioned below.

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Regional and Language Options.
3. Click the Languages tab, click Details, and then click Add.
4. Under Input Language, add the language that you want to use.
5. Under Keyboard layout/IME, click the keyboard layout that you want, and then click OK.

Well I’m using vistamizer mainly because it uses up less space and resources. I have tried the transformation pack and it is basically the same as all others (bricopack, vistamizer, windows x). If you want to remove them you can. It doesn’t delete any windows files. I think it only uses the windows and buttons feature in XP. It does affect the speed of your computer. I would recommend using a computer with a minimum of 1gb ram. This is because it really slows down the startup speed on anything lower than that.

No it is not illegal, I have used it in the past, I have found NO Spyware, Viruses, Trojans, or any other Bug in it. And actually it does add some flair to the XP Look. It is a matter of opinion whether one would keep it or revert back to the XP built look, Give it a try, you may like it. It is totally safe, but be sure and obtain it from the author's page, do not trust just any download link, they do get infected by passing it around and reposting to download. Good Luck

I would assume that the uninstall only removes certain parts of the upgrade. 

So you may need to re-install windows using your XP disk or try an XP repair.
