Download WinRAR and extract the file. You should have a .jar file inside the RAR file, but it has been compressed.

There is a chance that the rar file is actually the jar file, as both .jar and .rar are archives of files. If the above does not work, you can try renaming the file from .rar to .jar. but usually extracting with WinRAR is the most common case.

I don’t think you need to unrar the game file since it is already extracted.

The reason why it says you need Pixel Shader 1.1 is you have old graphic card or old graphic drivers.

Try to install the latest graphic drivers for your graphic cards; if it does not help then you need to get a good graphic card.

You can chop it into bits. Most likely the acrobat file is very small so would not have to be in bits.

You need to make sure they are all together. Then right click the .rar file and go to Winrar, extract much like it’s a WinZip file.

You need to have Winrar installed in your system first. Open any file with the extention .rar or .ra# with Winrar and it'll give you the entire contents of the full archive; not just the contents of that particular file. Then you can extract the contents to any place on you PC

If you're using OFW, you can't run it. Only CFW will let you use unofficial programs and apps, known as homebrew. If you really want to put the app on your PSP, you'll have to install custom firmware, which will void your warranty. However, if you do, it'll let you use a whole range of unofficial apps, many of which are infinitely useful or fun. It's up to you.

Use winrar or winzip, they are safe programs and you get a free 45 day trial (and when that ends i just uninstall then re-install it)

These are two programmes generally used for viewing and unzipping .zip or .rar files.
Basically they will do both the same thing and I would say if your just using this for general use then either is great.
I use winrar but lots of people use unrar or 7zip it basically comes down to easy to understand user interface and winrar is great.
