Saving a file in word 2003 format by using word 2007??

How do I save my document on word 2007 so that it will open on word 2003? I'm using word 2007. however my professor use word 2003. he can't open my files. is there a way to save my file to word 2003? help, please. thank you.

Follow this:
1. Click the round Office button in the upper-left corner of the window.
2. Click the Save As->Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc) menu item.
I think in whatever way you save it, you will still open it according to the Microsoft Office installed on any computer whether it is 2003 or 2007 or 2010. Don't worry then.
You can open a word 2003 file in word 2007. But word 2003 don't open word 2007 files. so saving a file in word 2007 while you're using word 2003 is impoosible.
