Samsung pc studio for metro 3310 does not work? 07/20/2011 01:35 by KatyAmeglio: Recently i purchased samsung metro 3310. along with i got pc studio, i installed it in my computer, but it does not work. when i click on the icon, the program starts with demo of pc studio. i tried all application in the same folder, but no success. how can i sync my contacts with mobile and pc with this program?; First answer posted by DanielSimon at 07/20/2011 01:40

One version of Samsung PC studio doesn't support all the mobile phone models. Samsung PC studio is not a universal software anyway. In this case, you might use a version of pc studio not compatible for your mobile phone model. So Go to samsung support site, find 'samsung new pc studio' for your metro 3310.

where did you get the pc studio? I mean it seems not the right version you need.

Generally speaking, the latest version of Samsung PC Studio works for many mobiles.
