Download and install the VirtualLab Data Recover software. Connect the removable storage disk to your computer and launch the software.
Choose "Deleted File Recovery" and select the removable device as the location you want to scan for files.
Click "Scan" and the program scans for any files it is capable of recovering. Once the scan has finished. look over the list of files and check off the data information you want to recover on the disk.
Choose "OK" and the files are saved back to their original location on the drive.
Download and install Glary Utilities. Connect the external disk drive to the computer and launch the software.
Click "Modules" and "Files & Folders." Choose the "Recover" option and choose the external drive as the device you want to look for recoverable files.
Click "Start" and the program scans the drive for any files capable of being restored.
Check off the files you want to restore and choose "Recover." The files are now placed back onto your external disk drive.
Download and install the Restoration software. Connect the drive to your computer and launch the software.
Choose the external drive as the location you wish to scan and click "Scan."
Check off the files you want to restore and click "Recover" (depending on the amount of files on your computer this process may take several minutes to complete).
