Step 1. Search "Realplayer" on brothersoft. navigate to brothersoft.com.

"There is no update from Real to support this content" due to codec not supported in Real Player.
Just play it in quicktime.
Uninstall any previous versions of Real Player. Install Real Player 11. Restart your computer once the installation is completed.
Navigate to a video site such as youtube.com or veoh.com.
Find desired video. Hover the mouse over the video. A small sign will appear at the top of the video that says "Download Video?". Click this. The video will automatically install.
To find the downloaded video, navigate to the My Videos folder, and find the sub-folder "RealPlayer Downloads".
Download the Real Rhapsody player by going to their website. You can use the link located within this article. The download can take up to one hour or more, so be prepared for a wait. You will also need to have enough Hard Drive space and RAM (memory) in your computer.
Install Rhapsody on your computer. You will receive a desktop icon as well as a start menu icon for your convenience. If you do not see these icons, then you have not installed completely.
Create an account for yourself if you did not have one already. If you did, sign in with your username and password. Even if you uninstalled software your account should still exist. When you create a new account, you can sign up for the free 14 day trial of Rhapsody plus. This allows you to listen to full length songs and download them to your device, as well as listen to multiple live streaming Internet stations. You can cancel without a fee any time during the trial, or keep the service.
Sign in with your user name and password so you can install your device (MP3 player or cell phone) on the Rhapsody Player system. It should recognize it in the left hand side of your screen. You will see it there.
Authorize your computer and the device(s) you wish to use. You can have up to four computers and three devices. There is a complete list of authorized and compatible devices listed in a link in this article, as they are always changing.
Drag and drop music or videos from Rhapsody to the right onto your device or onto a CD if you wish to burn a CD. Check the device or CD to ensure the music or video is stored properly and the CD plays. You can play the song as much as you wish if you purchased it or have an "unlimited" account through Rhapsody. If you do not, you can purchase the song for 99 cents. Or, if your device is not compatible with Rhapsody, you can still purchase downloads.
Check your account to make sure all billing and credit card information is correct, and choose and update your preferences. There are parental controls to filter out explicit content.
Click the "Burn/Transfer" tab at the top of RealPlayer. Under "Tasks" on the left, click "Burn a DVD/VCD." Click "OK" to download the Video Burning support software, if prompted.
Select the disk type you would like to burn. The supported types are DVD, Video CD and Super Video CD.
Click the "Get RealPlayer Plus" button in the next pop-up window if you are using the free version of RealPlayer. Alternatively, you can try the SuperPass, which includes a 14-day free trial of RealPlayer Plus. Complete the signup and purchasing process before continuing. You will need your email address, your billing address and a valid credit card.
Browse "My Library" for the video clip you would like to burn to disk. Click the "Scan Disk for Media" link to find files to add to your library. Select "Browse" to manually search your hard drive for video files to burn.
Drag the files and drop them in the pane on the right to add them to your burn list. Change the order of the clips by dragging and dropping them to a different position in the list. Right-click the file and select "Rename" if you need to change the name of the file.
Close all open programs and disable your anti-virus and anti-spyware software. Insert a blank CD or DVD into your drive. Click "Burn Video to Disk." Give your disk a title. Select whether the disk should have a menu. Click "Burn." Re-enable your virus and spyware-protection software after burning is complete.
Open your web browsing program and click on the address navigation tool bar at the top of the window. Navigate to the website of a company that offers an anti-adware utility like Lavasoft Adaware or Spybot Search and Destroy (see Resources).
Find the downloads section of the website and click on the link to download the program's installation file. Click on the "Save File" button if your browser pop ups a secondary window asking if you are sure you want to download the file.
Click on the Start icon and then click on "My Computer." Navigate through the folders in your computer to the location where you saved the installation file. Double-click on the file and follow the instructions on the screen to install the anti-adware utility program.
Close down the Real Player program if you currently have it open. Press the "Ctrl," "Alt," and "Delete" buttons together all at the same time to bring up the task manager window. Click on the "Processes" tab and then click on the "Real.exe" entry if it is listed. Click on "End Process."
Close the task manager window and then open the anti-adware utility by double-clicking on its desktop icon. Click on the "Update" button and then click on the location where you want to download the update from. Click on "Start" to begin the update process.
Scan your hard drive for adware installed by Real Player by clicking on the "Check for Problems" button. Click on the button to scan the entire hard drive. Wait for the process to finish and then click on "Fix selected problems."
Return to your web browser and download a second adware removal utility. Install the program, run the updater, and then scan for problems.
Open the Start menu if you have already completely deleted the Real Player program and no longer need to use it. Click on "Control Panel" and then click on "Programs and Features." Find the entry named "Rhapsody Player Engine" and click on it. Click on the "Uninstall Programs" button to finish removing all of the software that Real Player installed without your knowledge.
Download and install SUPER (see Resources). The file size is approximately 30MB. Downloading this file on a slow connection may take more than an hour. Double-click the installation file you downloaded to begin the installation wizard. Accept all defaults, unless you wish to install the software to a different location than the C: drive.
Open SUPER, and select the RealPlayer media file you wish to convert. Clicking "Finish" after the installation will automatically start SUPER. Right-click in any empty area of the application window to display the menu. Choose "Add Multimedia Files," and select your .rm files.
Choose an output file type from the "Select the Output Container" drop-down menu. For audio files, select a file type from the Output section. The most common options are MP3, WMA, WAV and MP4.
Right-click to load the options menu, and choose "Output File Saving Management." Choose where you want converted files stored. Press "Save Changes" when you are done.
Press "Play" (Active Files|Streams) to begin the conversion process. The process will last approximately the length of the file you are converting. For instance, a 4-minute RealPlayer media file will take 4 minutes to convert.
Click Start on your Windows desktop and then click Control Panel. If you are using Windows XP, choose Add/Remove Programs. If you are using Windows Vista, choose Programs and Features.
Find the RealPlayer application in the programs window and click Change or Remove.
Wait for the Uninstallation of RealPlayer box to appear. Choose the parts of RealPlayer you would like to delete. Check all available boxes to remove all aspects of the program.
Click OK. The uninstall process begins. Wait for the process to complete and then reboot your computer to ensure that all of your changes have been successfully made.
