You will not be able to use VLC to burn a Movie to a DVD or Power ISO. You need some DVD creator software like Ultra DVD creator (which is what I use) or some other similar program.
You can download daemon tools,
and mount the iso. Daemon tools will make the iso file act as a DVD
without having to burn the DVD. Another option is to get a dvd-r and
burn it using nero/power iso/or any other burning programs which support
iso. Here is the link to download daemon tools.

you may be using the software poweriso to view iso's.
The file you are referring to is only and ISO
hold windows key and press r (or Start-->Run) type
msconfig and press enter
goto Startup tab and uncheck PowerISO. Under Serivces tab check Hide all Microsoft Service and uncheck PowerISO if it's there.
Reboot
You do not want to 'Unzip' it. What you want to do is mount it as a virtual drive. This makes your computer think that you have the game cd inserted and allows you to install it.
You basically go: Tools > virtual drive, set number of drives to one
drive > tools > virtual drive > drive > mount image>
browse to your iso file.
You will need a no CD patch to play it. I couldn't tell you the exact
place to find it to avoid being prosecuted by the 'authority' but you
could try googling in on the net. Try searching for Dragon Age : Origin
No-CD patch like in game burn world or such ;) .
You have to have a cd player. Contact Rosetta Stone to see if you can download from the internet, since you have already
purchased it, otherwise you will need to buy a usb cd/dvd burner/player. PowerISO can't possible work without the physical player.
You need a virtual drive.
A virtual drive emulates the physical CD/DVD drive, it works and behaves just like a physical CD/DVD drive, you use it in the same manner as inserting a CD/DVD into a physical CD/DVD drive, but in this case you "mount" CD/DVD image files that are on your hard disk or pen drives.
Some FREE VIRTUAL DRIVES option:
• Virtual CloneDrive
http://www.slysoft.com/en/virtual-cloned…
• Phantom CD
http://www.phantombility.com/en/prod/pha…
After you download one of the previous software, follow these steps:
• Install the Virtual drive software. You will see like you have a new CD/DVD device. Use it as you normally do with your physical-PC device but in this case using a CD/DVD image file.
• "MOUNT" the iso file (right click the iso file and select "mount" or open with the installed virtual drive software)
• Now you could access the data from the virtual drive
Use dvdfab to copy the main movie to your hard drive and then handbrake to convert it to a small high quality file.
This is a legal gray area , you have the right to make a backup copy but
not to break the block. I see this block as an obstruction to your
legal rights so imho the block is ok to break.
right clcik on any file and creat a virtual drive.
Then right click on your ISO file and mount it in the virtual drive you
made. Then go to my computer and you will see a new disk drive with the
letter of the drive you made. Right click and click open and you'll see
all the files within the ISO file.
Those files are withing the ISO file. I don't know what kind of ISO file
you got there. If it's an installation ISO then is like running the
installation from a CD using a virtual drive. Can't give you more
information about "those files" because i don't know what's in that ISO
file.
