There isn't a legal way to update your windows 7. the only way is turn off the update so that this "not genuine" system never be detected.

Never give a try is the safe way. One update on windows 7 will check your system to reach the suitable update, then it'll detect this fake system. unless you have a program that can avoid its detection. I haven't found one.

I keeps getting a message that my windows 7 is not genuine? But the windows 7 was pre-installed to my laptop when I buy it. It's the genuine one. What should I do?

Well. For a genuine windows, but get a "not genuine" message, try this below:
1. Uninstall the WAT Update (KB971033) from Programs in the Control Panel (you'll have to enable viewing of Updates)
2. Reboot
3. Then download and install the update offline
4. Reboot
