When i play videos in km player video quality isnot clear including hd video.how can i solve this problem?

Im also using KMPlayer,
well have you turned it off (use Alt+X to turn it on and off)
is the subtitles the same name as the video
If these aren't it, try a clean install ....

well if u r using KM Player its quiet easy to do that. just right click on the screen and u will get the menu. from menu go to PLAYBACK > FAST.
u can also do this by just holding SHIFT and pressing + from the Num pad buttons.

I can't open the Capture folder in KMPlayer?

Close the KMPlayer and go to the capture folder and open it. It's default location is:
C:\Users\ your user name \Documents\ The KMPlayer\ Capture
I don't know why it wouldn't open through KMPlayer...maybe it's too large, too many files in it and somehow opening it crashes KMPlayer. Or it could be related to thumbnails...too many thumbnails to create when you open the folder.

right click on player>subtitles>show/hide subtitles (or keyboard shortcut alt x). Close subtitle is another option. If the subtitles are actually part of the video frame they can't be hidden.

you should check the fps(e.g. 23.976, 25) if subtitles synchronized for different fps you had time shift.

1. Drag a video file to your KMPlayer.
2. Right-click your mouse and choose Screen Controls.
3. Then on the context menu you can fully make your choices, Auto Select Aspect Ratio makes this work completely done by KMPlayer itself, Cycle Aspect Ration will choose the aspect ratio between the settings listed below by cycle.
4. You can also set aspect ratio all by clicking keep customize Aspect Ratio, then in the Customize AS/Screen Size window you can choose the ratio all by yourself and click OK.
