Is virtual DJ a good way to start out?

07/19/2011 09:02 by MikeChin

I have recently purchased virtual DJ; I'm very interested in becoming a dj. I'm just wondering if using this software is a good way to start out, before I buy turntables or anything.

  • Well, I heard of that Virtual DJ is perfect. But I don't think it very easy. There are lots of tutorials on the internet, good for the beginners.

  • It's a GREAT way to start out for people just getting into the DJ scene. I currently use I've made mixes with them and it works ok. I also do parties with it and it works fine. But the ultimate Deejaying software is Serato , the only thing is that you need expensive equipment (which I don't have) But once I get it i'll switch over to serato.

  • Yes, now you already have Virtual DJ, get some physical equipment and you are ready to start. But it's still a long way to do. Good luck.
