  • Unfortunately the current version of IDM does not support FireFox 9 and 10.

More information about using IDM into FireFox 9 (FireFox 8, FireFox 7, FireFox 6, FireFox 5, FireFox 4, FireFox 3):

  • A solution for "Anonymous user: I have problem with IDM integration in chrome. What should I do?":
    • First of all ensure you have installed the latest version of IDM.
    • For Chrome you have to enable "Use advanced browser integration" option in "Options->General" IDM dialog. Then check that integration into Chrome is also enabled.
    • If it still does not work, maybe you try to download a HTTPS link. Please note that IDM does not support HTTPS links for Chrome browser.

    I'm sorry to hear that.

In generally, you may go to the website from where you purchased the IDM serial number. Then ask for help there. However, that website service will then suggest you to contact internet download manager user support service.

So you could go to  internet download manager official site "Contact IDM Support" directly:

    http://www.internetdownloadmanager.com/register/new_faq/main.cgi

Click on " REGISTRATIONS / SERIAL NUMBER QUESTIONS" and write down the issue you got and submit.

    Hope this helps. Good luck.
