Unfortunately the current version of IDM does not support FireFox 9 and 10.

A solution for "Anonymous user: I have problem with IDM integration in chrome. What should I do?":
- First of all ensure you have installed the latest version of IDM.
- For Chrome you have to enable "Use advanced browser integration" option in "Options->General" IDM dialog. Then check that integration into Chrome is also enabled.
- If it still does not work, maybe you try to download a HTTPS link. Please note that IDM does not support HTTPS links for Chrome browser.
