Try typing your email address in the ICQ password page. If your email is posted in the ICQ directories, your ICQ account number will be listed next to it.
If not, you can try and search for your number in the ICQ People Searchdirectory, where you can search by: name, nickname, location and other common details.
If you still cannot find it, you can re-register as a new user and open a new ICQ account.

If you don't have the old e-mail address to which they can send you your password, then I don't see much of a chance of you getting your password. That's the only way the company can validate who you are. It's up to them to not just give passwords out because people will try to scam companies like that for passwords and they might see you as one of those people. Just make a new account.

There was a DB wipe some years back and they failed to retrieve alot of data - some people losing 5 and 6 digit accounts.
Do you still have access to the old email address? If so you should be able to retrieve the password if it is still active.
