1. Start with waking up, and brushing your teeth.
2. When you have got dressed, video yourself going downstairs to make breakfast, and eating it!
3. The next step is up to you! Either video yourself reading a book or magazine, on the computer, or making lunch. Film what you do every day!
4. Finish your video with you eating supper, brushing your teeth, and going to bed for the final time.
5. Watch it over and laugh!
