1. Open the Sopcast program after the installation has completed. Simply click the circle next to “Login as anonymous” and then click the "Login" tab at the bottom to open the program.
2. Choose the “Live Channels” tab. This will produce a list of all of the programs currently streaming on Sopcast.
3. Click on a channel of your choice. Click the play button on the bottom of your video screen and the channel should begin buffering. An advertisement may play before the station loads.

Follow these steps to add more channels on Sopcast:
1. Open the SopCast Client. When the login screen appears, enter your account name and password, and then press "Login."
2. Locate the address bar at the top of the screen. Enter the address of the SopCast channel you wish to view and click on the arrow to load and view the channel. You can replace the channel number at the end of the address link with any number above 6,000 to obtain additional channels.
3. Navigate to the MySop webpage and log in with your SopCast account name and password. Click the "Subscribe Channel" link that appears under "My Account." Select the channel of your choice, and then press the "Subscribe" button.

I have been used sopcast many years. My suggestion is to use VLC and sopcast. Setting up vlc media player as the default sopcast media will help you watch tv more smoothly.
