1. Open the "Start" menu. Select "RealPlayer" from the list of programs.
2. Click "Tools" on the top menu. Select "Preferences" from the list.
3. Click "Automatic Services" in the left navigation pane. Click the "Configure Message Center" button.
4. Remove the checkmark from "Check for new messages."
5. Remove the checkmark from "Show Message Center icon in the System Tray." Click "OK."

This does not uninstall RealPlayer or the Message Center, it just turns it off so you don't see it any more.
