  • Sync Through iTunes
    1. Turn on your iPad and connect it to your computer. Open iTunes if it doesn't launch automatically.

    2. Slide the tab on your iPad's screen to the right to cancel the automatic sync.

    3. Click the device icon for your iPad in the left column of iTunes and then click the "Apps" tab.

    4. Scroll to the bottom of the window to the "File Sharing" heading to see the list of applications that support files and documents.

    5. Click the "Keynote" icon on the left.

    6. Click the "Add" button that appears on the right. Locate the file you want to add to Keynote on your iPad. Click the "Open" button to copy the file to your iPad. You do not need to sync.

    Wireless
    1. Tap the "Keynote" app icon on your iPad's home screen.

    2. Click the "Copy From" icon at the bottom of the "My Presentations" screen. If Keynote automatically opened to the last presentation you were working on, click the "My Presentations" button in the top-left corner of the app window.

    3. Tap "Copy from iTunes" to copy a presentation from your iTunes library. Tap "Copy from iDisk" to copy a presentation from your MobileMe iDisk. Tap "WebDAV" to copy your presentation from a WebDAV server.

    4. Tap the presentation you want to copy to import to your iPad.

  • You can try some iPad to PC Transfer software. It is a fast, easy-to-use, key feature:
    1. Transfer iPad songs, videos, photos, TV Shows and podcasts from iPad to PC/iTunes/iPod/iPhone at high speed.
    2. Add your favorite songs and videos to your iPad without overwriting the original files. Easier than iTunes.
    3. Manage iPad/iPod/iPhone as portable hard disk
