Click the "Start" button and then click on the "Search" button.
Type "Windows Firewall" into the "Search" box.
Click on the "Windows Firewall" icon from the menu when it appears.
Click on the "Allow a program through Windows Firewall" icon.
Locate your "Norton Ghost" program from the list of programs on the menu.
Uncheck the box next to the Norton Ghost to block the connection.
Click the "OK" button to complete the restriction.
