Open a new Windows Explorer window by holding the "Windows" button on your keyboard and pressing "E."
Navigate to the Excel document that you would like to restore.
Right-click on the document and then click "Properties" from the right-click context menu.
Click the tab labeled "Previous Versions" to view all of the previous versions of the document saved on the computer.
Select the version that you would like to restore, then click "Restore."
