can i use UltraISO and SoftDisc to merge rar files? If no, how can I merge RAR Files?

I have a large dvd iso image that was divided into two parts. can I use UltraISO and SoftDisc to merge them together? Are UltraISO and SoftDisc free to use? Thanks in advance.

In order to merge rar files, you need a program called winrar. download and install it if you don't have one now. When installed, select "RAR" in the Associate WinRAR With menu. And then follow these:
1. Place all of your RAR files into one folder.
2. Double click on the RAR file with the smallest number. In most cases, this will be filename0.rar or filename1.rar. All of the RAR files will merge in the extraction into a single file. Another option is to right click the RAR file, and choose either "Extract Here," which will extract the file to the folder containing the RARs or "Extract to (filename)," which will extract the merged file to a separate folder inside the folder containing the RARs.
