How to make internet explorer access to the internet?

I can't use IE to surfing online? The proxy server isn't allowing internet explorer to go on the internet. How can I fix this problem? Any help are appreciated.

  • To change your proxy in Internet Explorer:
    Step 1. Open from Menu > Tools > Internet Options
    Step 2. Choose Connections Tab
    Step 3. Click Lan Settings
    Step 4. At Proxy server group, check the checkbox and choose advance.
