  • I'm using Google Chrome. And I add the  Pinterest "Pin It" Button by follow these:
    1. Ensure that the bookmarks bar in Google Chrome is enabled. To do so, click the wrench in the top right corner of your browser. Then go to Bookmarks, and make sure that there is a check next to "Always Show Bookmarks Bar."
    2. Drag the "Pin It" button into the bookmarks bar. The button is accessed at http://pinterest.com/about/goodies/.
    3. Click the Pin It bookmark. When you see something you'd like to pin, click on the bookmark for easy pinning. Click on the image you want to choose.
    4. Describe your pin. In the popup window, choose a pinboard to add to and enter a description for the image. Then click "Pin it".

    1. Ensure that the bookmarks bar in Safari is enabled. To do so, click "View" and then "Show Bookmarks."
    2. Drag the "Pin It" button into the bookmarks bar. The button is accessed at http://pinterest.com/about/goodies/
    3. Click the Pin It bookmark. When you see something you'd like to pin, click on the bookmark for easy pinning. Click on the image you want to choose.
    4. Describe your pin. In the popup window, choose a pinboard to add to and enter a description for the image. Then click "Pin it".
It's exactly the same steps with add the  Pinterest "Pin It" Button to chrome.

    1. Right-click the space near your tabs
    2. Select "Favorites Bar," to dispay your Favorites Bar
    3. Right-click the Pin It button on the orientation page
    4. Select "Add to Favorites"
    5. On the pop-up window, select "Create in: Favorites Bar"

  • There's always this Pinterest Chrome extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/npbcjndbpajikchenclendcojmaeaphh?hl=en-US&gl=US It does the same thing as the bookmarklet, but puts a nice pin icon in Chrome.

Also, it can open the bookmarklet by just using "Ctrl+Alt+P".

    I love it!
