How to install adobe acrobat reader 10 when 6 is installed?

07/20/2011 05:41 by ThomasOakes

I had adobe reader 6 installed. And I’m trying to install adobe reader 10 but failed. It asked me to insert adobe reader disk in drive. But I lost the CD from where I installed it. Unistall 6 is imposible cause it keeps asking me to insert disk. can anyone help me with this?

  • Unistall adobe acrobat reader 6 and then install adobe acrobat reader 10.
The uninstallation might be stopped as you said, to fix this you can install a Unistaller software. Or just get a free registry remover to clean up registry of adobe acrobat reader 6.
Reboot your computer. Install adobe acrobat reader 10.

  • you could deal with this two ways:
First one, uninstall the Adobe 6 by restart your computer. After it was removing away, install adobe 10.
Or you could upgrade it to version 10. Adobe 6 might have a option upgrade, click it.
