You already have it installed on both computers so what you have to do is make teamviewer autostart on the other computer. As far as I know, there is an option that allows you to keep teamviewer minimized in the taskbar, which shows the icon only instead of the entire window. And you can Set a predefined password ,as you already know it generates a random key everytime teamviewer is started.

Maybe you can trying hiding the tray icons by some tray manager tools like magic Tray, which can help you to hide icons on system tray.
