Click "Start," then "All Programs," then "Windows Media Player."
Click "Switch to Library" if you are not currently in Library mode.
Browse to the song(s) that you wish to change the ID3 tags for.
Select the song(s) that you wish to change then right-click the field (such as "Title," "Artist," or "Genre") that you wish to change. Click "Edit."
Enter the new information for the ID3 tags, then press "Enter." Click "Organize," then "Apply media information changes" to update ID3 tags in Windows Media Player.
