Launch the Pidgin software.
Choose the "Tools" option from the menu at the top of the Pidgin window.
Click the "Privacy" item from the "Tools" drop-down menu.
Click the "Remove All" button in the "Privacy" window. This will remove all blocked contacts from the list.
