    1. Open the .rar file with WinRAR by double-clicking it. The WinRAR interface will open up in a new window, displaying the contents of your .rar file.
    2. Click on "Extract To" at the top of the WinRAR interface to select a location that you want to extract the contents of your .rar file to. A new window will pop up in which you can browse your files and pick a location you want to use as your extraction destination.
    3. Click "OK" to extract your .rar file contents to your selected location.
    4. Open up PowerISO from your Windows Start menu by clicking "Start," "Program Files," "PowerISO" and "PowerISO." The application's interface will appear in a new window.
    5. Select "File," "New" and "Data CD/DVD Image" to create a new blank file in PowerISO.
    6. Open up your Windows Explorer file browser by double-clicking "My Computer" on your Desktop. Navigate your folders to the location in which you extracted your .rar file contents.
    7. Select all of the files within the folder by pressing "Ctrl + A."
    8. Click and drag the selected files from your Windows Explorer file browser window into your PowerISO window in the workspace of the interface. When a plus (+) sign icon appears, release your mouse to confirm placing the selected files into your PowerISO image file.
    9. Choose "File" and "Save As..." from the top pull-down menu. Select "Standard ISO Images" from the "Save as Type:" drop-down list and name your ISO file. Select a location in which you want to save the file and click "Save."
