1. Download the calendar add-on for OneNote. There are different templates available depending on what version you own and the type of calendar you wish to create.
2. Locate the file on your hard drive and extract the calendar to any folder but remember where it is.
3. Double-click on the calendar file. This will open a new notebook in OneNote with a calendar set-up.
4. Edit the calendar as needed. You can move the tabs around or rename them. The calendar is set up so that you can type notes inside any of the days or months.

1 Download the OneNote calendar add-on. Click the download link on the website provided in the Resources section.
2 Locate the downloaded add-on within your computer's files. Click the filename of the add-on to begin installation onto your hard drive. A new calendar set-up OneNote window will open on your screen.
3 Edit the calendar to fit your schedule and notes as desired.
