Download a program that will allow you to download streaming video to your computer. An example would be Youtube Downloader (see "Resources" below).
Open the installation file after it finishes downloading and install the file onto your computer.
Start the program; it should be listed under the All Programs menu.
Go to the streaming video web address, and highlight the adress at the top of your browser. Once it's highlighted, right-click on it and select "Copy." Then, put your cursoer over the web address box in the video downloader program. Right-click and select "Paste" to put the address in the box.
Make sure the download option is selected and then hit "OK" to download the file. Once it downloads, the video should be in Flash, or FLV format.
