Go to http://www.pdftoword.com/ and upload your PDF document.
Most PDF files created from electronic sources, that is, not scanned from physical documents, should translate into fully editable, well formatted Word documents.
Select the type of file you want the output to be. The two current choices are .DOC, the standard Microsoft Word format, and .RTF which stands for Rich Text Format. The RTF format has fewer text formatting features than the DOC format, but the text in RTF files can be read with any editor such as Notepad.
Enter an email address to receive the Word document at and press the Convert button. The website will translate the file for you and email you the result. If you have a large Adobe PDF file, you will likely end up with a large Word document as well. Make sure the email account you are sending the document to accepts large file attachments.
Also, note that depending on your email provider, the email might take some time to arrive. When I tested this tool using a Microsoft Outlook account, the email came to my Inbox about two hours after I uploaded the file to pdftoword.com.
