Click the Windows "Start" button and then click "All Programs." Click the "Accessories" folder and then click the "Paint" link to open Paint.
Click the "Paint" button on the top navigation bar and then click "Open." A file navigation box opens.
Navigate to and click on the EMF file. The file opens in Paint.
Click the "Paint" option on the top navigation bar, and then click "Save As." The file saving dialog box opens.
Click the "Save as Type" drop-down box and select the "JPEG (*.jpeg, *.jpg)" option.
Click the "Save" button. The EMF file is converted and saved as a JPEG file.
