Start FFmpeg on your computer.
Drag an animated GIF file from a folder on your computer into the "From" box in the "Source Format" section of the FFmpeg application window.
Click the "To" pull-down menu in the "Target Format" section, and then click a video file format to which you want to convert the animated GIF, such as "Xvid FFmpeg" or "iPod H.264."
Click "Save As" at the top of the FFmpeg window, and then click a folder where you want to save the video file on your computer.
Click the "Encode" button to start converting the animated GIF into a video.
