1. Go to Start- Control Panel - Programs - Programs And Features.
2. In the pane on the left click View Installed Updates. Find and right click the IE9 Update. Left click Uninstall. Follow the prompts from there.
When it is done it will revert back to whatever version of IE you had before. Good luck.

I am not quite sure why you think IE8 ie better, personally I like IE 9 very much. I think it is quite fast and supportive. and beyond the features IE9 have, it is quite safe to use a new version of web browsers, it should be strengthened in security.

hi ,
1. go to Control panel, then programs and features.
2. on the left pane you wil see an option called “view installed updates”
3. then list of installed updates will appear choose windows internet explorer 9 then click uninstall which is available on the top . it will prompts you “ are you sure you want to uninstall this update “ click yes.
that’s all.

Thanks, PPrashanth. But I have uninstalled IE 8. Then installed IE 9 twice. I follow your steps but no luck here. Hope you have some tips for my issue.plz.
