I guess it cannot be changed in Power DVD.

yes. I'm with brianhimlie. you can't change subtitle font size in powerdvd. It's the default font size.

Change dvd subtitle font size?

you basically can't change anything (font, size etc.) about dvd subtitles at playback time.

DVD subs are not stored as text, but as bitmaps which are displayed as overlays on top of the video.

Use a subtitle program to edit the subtitle. But this wont worth the time for you to change the Subtitle Font Size. enjoy what you got.
