Launch Storybook Creator 3. Click on either the "Create a new project" or "Open a project" option on the program's "Welcome" screen. If you opted to create a new project, enter a name for it into the "Create a new project" menu's "Name the project" field. For existing projects, locate your session using the file explorer window that pops up.
Click on the "Manage my Content" heading in the program's toolbar. Click on the "Import Package" heading, under the "Content" tab at the top of the program.
Locate the downloaded art packages you'd like to import into the program, using the file explorer window that appears. Click on the package and then click "Open" option to import it into Storybook Creator 3. Your new art can be accessed through the program's "Packages" window in the "Content" menu.
