Follow these steps to enable get it in orbit downloader:
1. Right click the orbit button on the toolbar.
2. Click on "Enable 'Getit' button for catching media".
3. refresh the video website.

Why the GET IT button provide by orbit downloader is not work in firefox latest version? I'd like to use firefox with orbit downloader. now getit button only use in IE but not the latest firefox. can anyone help me with this?

one day suddenly, my get it option was gone....i clicked the enable get it option...but still it doesnt work anymore....can somebody help me here. i'm using internet explorer.

To allow the "Get It" button to work in Firefox versions 6 and above you have to install the "Add-on Compatibility Reporter" add-on and then turn off add-on compatibility checking. I would suggest that you uninstall Orbit first, then install the Add-on Compatibility Reporter and then re-install Orbit. When you run Firefox you get a Javascript error but if you just press "OK" Firefox works fine and the Get It button will then work.

Some flv files does not resume broken download n more over if at all it resumes unfinished downlod the downloaded flv videos are broken at the point from where it resumes.

i am unable to get it button so anybody is there to help me out; when i click on grab++ button a hint shown by orbit downloader but at time of downloading i can't see the get it button after refereshing

I cant seem to get the Get It Icon that use to hoover over a video to appear anymore, I have tried installing different versions of firefox and orbit and nothing seems to make the get it icon appear, Any help would be greatful, I'm using windows 7 and firefox 17 and orbit V4.1.1.14 at this moment

4.1.1.15 seems to have fixed the lack of the "get it" button at long last in firefox 18.0.1. Sadly it's only working as it should on one of my computers. for some reason clicking the "get it" button opens up a standard windows save file option and not the orbit downloader. Yet the other computer it works fine. Both running windows 7 and same version of firefox.
