How do you get AutoCAD to Never create a plot log file? 07/20/2011 02:24 by maxkitty: I deselected the "always automatically create a plot log" box recently. Then it automatically creates a plot log at the half everytime I create a pdf, AutoCAD creates a plot log. This function is pretty annoying. I don't need it create so much files. So is there a way to set up AutoCAD to never create a plot log?; First answer posted by Kimplex at 07/20/2011 02:28

To disable the PLOT.LOG file, You can suppress writing of the AutoCAD plot log file PLOT.LOG by the following settings:
1. In the Options dialog, the "Plot and Publish" tab, the Plot and Publish log file option
2. In the Plot Stamp dialog (PLOTSTAMP), the Advanced button, the Log file option (PLOT.LOG)
3. To switch off the plot logging automatically, add the following command to your AutoCAD startup sequence:
  - (command "_-PLOTSTAMP" "_LOG" "_NO" "PLOT.LOG" "")

- Go to find the "always automatically create a plot log" box.
- Uncheck it.
- Done.

Write the AutoCAD plot log file PLOT.LOG did disable it automatically create a plot log. The command line is not clear enough but I ifgure it out.Thanks.

You have to determine the limits in the beginning by going on format then limits, then print everything in the limit. Set limits to be 0,0 and in the other corner 297,210.
