To transfer videos from realplayer to itunes:
Open the "Start" menu, click "All Programs," then click the "Real" sub-folder. Click the "RealPlayer Converter" to start the program.
Click the "Apple iPod" option in the list of devices, then click the "OK" button at the bottom of the window.
Click and drag the video file you want to convert to the section of the window labeled "Drag files to convert here." You can drag more than one file to convert at the same time.
Click the "Save converted media to" drop-down menu to select a location to save the converted files. The default location is the Desktop.
Click the "Start" button to start converting the files.
Open the "Start" menu, click "All Programs," then click the "Apple" sub-folder. Click the "iTunes" option to start the program.
Click and drag the converted video files to the iTunes window.
