How do I reinstall Windows XP when Deep Freeze program keeps stopping it? 09/07/2011 01:35 by KevinHan: I am trying to reinstall windows xp on my friend's computer and I did not uninstall the Deep Freeze program first and I don't have the password for it.Now,the computer keeps starting at the reinstalling windows and it gets to a certain point then shuts down.

You can also get a free to use program called kill disk it is fairly easy to use you just have to make your cd rom first boot if it is not already (that is in the bios) after you kill disk the drive (which writes nothing but zeros to hd) this will then turn your hard drive into a raw drive which you can install windows just follow directions as you install and format hard drive with ntfs then you can finish install and continue using your computer hope this helps.
