How do I make photos black +white on "Microsoft Photo Editor"? 08/29/2011 04:19 by jvanhorn: Please answer specifically to the program, as it's the only photo editor I have :)

I am not very familiar with this tool, so I would suggest you to try: http://www.photoshop.ikolp.com
It is a free online photo editor, you even do not need to download it.
Very simple to use, you upload your image (file > open) and then in the menu bar go to "adjustment > desaturated"
I personally love this tool.

Go to File-> Properties ->Type -> Grayscale. You really lose a lot of depth in the picture, but it does give it a black and white look.

just click effects-grayscale-apply. Does this apply to your program?

You should download some other photo editor to your computer, like Photoscape. It will do this very easily.
