How do I install my phone to connect to samsung pc studio? 07/20/2011 01:35 by justsharon: I'm trying to connect my phone to my computer via samsung pc studio. I have set it usb setting. i have samsung pc studio 3 on my computer its set to usb setting. however, when i connect my phone to my computer using the cable, nothing happens. the computer doesn't detect anything. The cause may be the driver in this issue.
To verify, connect your phone to the pc and then go to the Device Manager. If you see any component that has a yellow icon w/ an exclamation point beside it that means you need to update that particular component/driver.
Call SAMSUNG for updating your drivers.

Check if your USB setting works or not. If not, change new one. The best solution is to update your drivers.

Wait!

a new issue with "SamSung" mobile phones is that you need to select that which way you want to use data cable like "USB Mass Storage" & "PC Suite" etc Go Into settings (new phones => a place where your bluetooth found check connections i'm sure if you have selected "PC Suite" & then connect will work fine.

I have samsung f480 and when I choose ''mass storage'' it works fine,like an usual usb,but when I choose ''pc studio'' -the computer doesn't recognise it...I have installed samsung pc studio 7,and he dosent regocnise him on connection manager...I don't know what to do anymore...could somebody help me?do I need some other version of pc studio to install or what?I need pc studio or any other program to install applications and softwers on my mobile...

I am using s3850 but the driver is not installed in the computer .. does PC studiio works for S-3850 too??

I had the same problem before. After trying and testing, I figure out my cable is the point. Then I borrow one from my friend who use the same device. It did work.
